We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We will never share it with third parties except as outlined below.
Free Website Audit Tool
We offer a free homepage audit tool on our website. When you use this tool, we collect your first name, email address, and website URL.
Here's what happens with that information:
Your details are passed through Make (an automation platform) to the Anthropic API (the AI tool that generates your audit), then delivered to your inbox via Gmail. Your name and email are also added to our mailing list via Kit, tagged so we know you came through the audit tool. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing hello@astrecreative.co.
Your website URL is submitted to the Anthropic API for the purpose of generating your audit. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy.
We may also store your submission details in our internal project management system (Notion) for our own records and quality review purposes. This data is not shared with any other third parties.
We do not sell your data. Ever.

How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. Project files and communications are generally kept for up to three years after a project closes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
