Content planning and copywriting are built into the Nova, so that's part of what we do together.
You don't need everything figured out before we start. You just need to be clear on your offer and your people. We'll shape and refine the words as part of the build.

Squarespace is the platform we recommend for service-based businesses that need a simple and easy-to-use platform that still looks and feels beautiful and doesn’t need to do a lot of heavy technical lifting.
While Squarespace can manage huge product lists, massive blogs and CMS setups, it’s not the best at it.
You also don’t need a developer to make any updates or changes, meaning full control is in your capable hands.

Yes. The Nova is the result of years of designing custom sites and learning what works and what doesn’t (so you don’t have to).
And because we’re working from a template, not from scratch, a lot of the heavy lifting is already done.
The strategy session on day one means we're not figuring things out as we go. We know exactly where we're headed before we build a single page.

The Nova is built around clear collaboration touchpoints, so you're never out of the loop but never overwhelmed either.
We start with a deep strategy session, so we're designing around your brief from day one, not guessing. You'll have visibility throughout the build, a dedicated midpoint review window to give feedback before we move into the final week, and a refinement round before anything goes live.
In the unlikely event something needs a small tweak after launch, we include a bonus touch-up day for minor refinements.

You don't need to clear your calendar. Please go about your day as usual.
We just need you reachable during working hours via our shared Slack channel and available for your scheduled sessions.
The key moments are our first discovery session, the midpoint review window over the weekend, and our final walkthrough and handover session.
